Scapulohumeral Periarthritis treated by massage combined with microwave

Abstract
Objective Through the selection of massage techniques, combined with microwave and local block two treatment methods to compare and observe the two groups of manipulation treatment of periarthritis of shoulder observation index, so as to compare the clinical efficacy of the two therapies. Methods In this study, 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups: massage combined microwave therapy group and local block control group. The scores of VAS, shoulder pain, function and activity, scale score, and surface electromyography (RMS) of two groups of scapulohumeral periarthritis were recorded before and after treatment. Results After three courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.5%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.25%. The clinical curative effect of massage combined with microwave treatment group was better than that of local block control group. Conclusion Massage combined with microwave therapy group and local anesthesia control group, two groups of treatment has good clinical curative effect on shoulder pain, function and activity evaluation, degree of skin surface EMG detection in RMS, but in the late follow-up massage combined with the clinical efficacy of microwave group than in control group. The clinical effect of local anesthesia.It shows that the two methods have good clinical effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis patients, but the long-term effect of massage combined with microwave treatment and local block therapy is better.关键词
