云模型与TOPSIS相结合的多属性群决策方法
Method of multi-attribute group decision-making by combining cloud model and TOPSIS
摘要
Abstract
To more accurately and effectively represent the uncertainty of qualitative concepts,this paper used cloud model as the transformation tool from qualitative concept to quantity,then established the cloud decision matrix by integrating the evaluation clouds of experts.For the defect of traditional diversity measurement between cloud models,this paper proposed the distance measure algorithm from the angle of cloud drops distribution,which was used to calculate the dispersion degree of criteria and the distance from the scheme to positive and negative ideal solution separately.Then it proposed the cloud-TOPSIS method to rank the alternative scheme.Finally,it gave out an application example to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.关键词
