用光遗传方法激活前额叶皮层对脑区c-Fos表达的影响
Effects of optogenetics stimulation of prefrontal pyramidal neurons on c-Fos expression in prefrontal-related regions

Abstract
The method of optogenetics were used to stimulate PFC and the protein expression of immediate early gene c-fos (c-Fos) in cortical and subcortical regions was examined.Our data demonstrated that optogenetics stimulation of the PFC enhanced c-Fos expression in the PFC,as well as in orbitofrontal cortex,anterior cingulate cortex,motor cortex,and sensory cortex.The significant increases in c-Fos expression were observed in dorsomedial hypothalamus and paraventricular thalamus.No c-Fos positive cell was found in striatum,hippocampus,amygdala,and cerebellum.These results suggest that optogenetics stimulation of the PFC enhances neural activity of PFC-related cortical and subcortical regions,which may shed light on the circuit mechanism of how the prefrontal cortex regulates the cognitive function.关键词
