CCX-CKR表达水平与结直肠癌患者术后生存率的相关性研究
A study on correlation between CCX-CKR expression level and postoperative survival rate in patients with colorectal cancer

Abstract
To analyze the expression level of CCX CKR in the specimens of colorectal cancer patients by immunohistochemistry,and to investigate the correlation between the level of CCX-CKR expression in patients with colorectal cancer and the postoperative survival rate.A total of 163 colorectal cancer patients,who received surgical treatment in our hospital between Jan 2012 and Feb 2014,were retrospectively recruited for analysis,the purpose was to examine the clinical parameters and to analyze the clinical relevance.Compared with normal colorectal tissue,the colorectal cancer tissues had a lower rat of CCX-CKR expression.In cancer tissues staged I and Ⅱ,the CCX-CKR expression levels were significantly higher than those staged Ⅲ and Ⅳ.The upregulation of the CCX-CKR expression was associated to a significantly higher survival rate.The upregulation of CCX-CKR is negatively associated with TNM of colorectal cancer,and positively associated with the OS rate.CCX-CKR therefore provides a novel prognostic factor for colorectal cancer patients' survival,as well as a valuable target for relevant therapies.关键词
