摘要

Abstract

To explore the relationship between HK2 and liver fatty in goose,30 Landes geese were divided into overfeeding group (15) and control group (15).The overfeeding group included 3 periods:overfeeding 7,14 and 19 days.HK2 expression levels at different stages of overfeeding were determined in both normal and fatty liver by qRT-PCR in Landes geese.In addition,primer hepatocytes feom goose were treated with glucose,insulin or fatty acids to determine how HK2 expression was regulated during fatty liver formation.Data indicated that the HK2 expression in the livers of overfed geese was significantly higher (P<0.05) than that in the control at every stage,while HK2 expression was in a downward trend in the abdominal adipose tissues and breast muscles.Moreover,compared to the control,HK2 expression was significantly decreased in primary hepatocytes from goose treated with glucose and unsaturated fatty acid (oleate& linoleate) (P<0.05),but was increased in primary hepatocytes from goose treated with insulin (P<0.05).The results suggested that HK2 expression is closely related to the development of goose fatty liver,which will provide a basis for further studying the role of HK2 gene in the formation of goose fatty liver.
