乳酸菌和酵母菌混合发酵脱毒橡胶籽的安全性试验研究
Experimental study on the safety of detoxified rubber seeds mixedly fermentated by lactic acid bacteria and yeast

Abstract
130 Kunming rats were randomly divided into 13 groups,and each group had ten rats.5 groups were arranged in 7 d acute toxicity tests and 30 d chronic toxicity tests resepectively,and 3 groups were 30 d feeding tests.The body weight and organ ratio of each group mice were measured by gavage administration.The objectives of the study were to verify the safety of Weissella confusa and Pichia kudriavzevii,and to evaluate the safety of detoxified rubber seeds which were mixedly fermentated.During the 7 d acute toxicity tests and 30 d chronic toxicity tests,the body weight and organ ratio of mice by feeding strain CMR-1,JM-2 compared with the MRS control group,YPD control group and normal control group were not significantly different (P＞0.05).Organ ratio of mice that were fed detoxified rubber seeds compared with control groups showed no significant difference (P＞0.05) in the 30 d feeding tests.The heart and weight ratio,liver and weight ratio of mice which fed with no fermentated rubber seeds compared with that of control group,had a significant difference (P＜0.01),and the spleen weight ratio,lung weight ratio and kidney weight ratio had no significant difference (P＞0.05).关键词
