摘要

Abstract

To investigate the difference of oil content and fatty acid composition on oil tea,14 oil tea (species,forma,families,clone) were selected as test materials to determine the oil content using ultrasonic assistant extraction and to analyze fatty acid composition using gas chromatography (capillary eolumn-FID detector).The results showed that the kernel oil content ranged from 23.73% to 59.88%,5 species were above 50%,5 species were between 40% and 50%,3 species were between 30% and 40%,and 1 species was below 30%.Dry seeds oil content ranged from 16.25% to 35.49%,6 species were above 30%,7 species were between 20% and 30%,and 1 species was below 20%.Totally eight different kinds of fatty acid were identified,including oleic acid,linoleic acid,ωo3-1inolenic acid,palmitoleic acid,cis-11-eicosenoic acid,palmitic acid,arachidic acid,stearic acid.Total saturated fatty acid (TSFA) content ranged from 8.15 %to 15.85%,6 species were 10% or above,and 8 species were below 10%.Total unsaturated fatty acids (TUFA) content ranged from 83.56% to 91.50%,4 species were above 90%,and 10 species were between 80% and 90%.There were seven oil tea species with high oil content and reasonable fatty acid composition by comparative analysis.Dabao hunhezhong,Dabao huangzhenzhu,Dabao heixiaozi,Wangmo jinqiu 5,Tianxinping,Zhejiang qingtian 25,Changlin 4 could be selected for high yield and quality improvement of oil tea varieties.
