摘要

Abstract

A new flow injection electrochemiluminescence (ECL) analytical method of clenbuterol was proposed based on its sensitizing effect on the ECL of Ru(bpy)32+.The experiments investigated the effect of flow velocity and medium pH on the Ru(bpy)32+ ECL,and the effect of Ru(bpy)32+ concentration on the detection results of clenbuterol.Under optimum conditions,the relationship between the increased values of ECL intensity after adding melamine and its concentration was established.It was found that when flow velocity was 30 μL · s-1,medium pH was 9.0,the maximum ECL intensity of Ru(bpy)32+ was obtained.Under these conditions,the Ru(bpy)32+ concentration of 1.0 × 10-4 mol · L-1 was selected for the melamine detection.The increased values of ECL intensity after adding melamine was linearly correlated with the concentration logarithm of clenbuterol in the range of 1 × 10-10-1 ×(10-6 g · mL-1,with a detection limit of 1×10-10 g· mL-1.
