摘要

Abstract

Take T80 series of car roof cover as the research object ,analyzes the structure characteristic and performance require-ment of automobile top cover .Using AutoForm software on the roof cover drawing forming numerical simulation analysis ,predic sheet metal forming process in thinning ,cracking,wrinkling and other defects ,choose different blank-holder force value to opti-mize sheet metal forming process parameters .Through the simulation results and the actual production ,the results were compared to verify the correctness of the simulation analysis .Application of numerical simulation technology has an important significance to shorten the development cycle of mold ,reduce costs ,improve the quality of stamping products .
