慢性根尖周炎根尖孔外吸收状况的扫描电镜研究
Evaluation of dental root apical foramen in external resorption of chronic periapical periodontitis by scanning electron microscopy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the dental root apical foramen external resorption of chronic periapical periodontitis by scanning electron microscopy. Methods:Thirty roots of chronic periapical periodontitis caused by pulp infection were collected and divided into three groups on average,the group of large amounts of apical granulation tissue( Group A) ,that the group of small amounts of apical granulation tissue( Group B) and the group of no apical granulation tissue( Group C) . Group D contained two normal roots were as control group. The 6 mm distance from the apical of the roots were taken and the morphological changes of the apical were observed under the scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) . Results:External resorption happened at apical foramen in all teeth in Group A&B,which were apparently higher than Group C&D. At the external resorption range of the apical foramen,Group A&B was apparently higher than Group C&D. Cracks appeared in some apical foramen in Group A&B,which were apparently higher than Group C&D. Conclusion:External resorption appeared in all the dental apical foramen of chronic periapical periodontitis which contained granulation tissue. Whlie the ranges were large,and cracks appeared in some apical foramen.关键词
