不同预备宽度微创铸瓷贴面修复抗折性能的比较研究
Comparative study on the fracture resistance of the maxillary central incisors with different preparation width of the minimally invasive cast porcelain laminate veneer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the flexural strength and observe the failure modes of minimally invasive porcelain laminate veneer restoration for different prepare widths of maxillary central incisor. Methods:Twenty-one caries-free human maxillary central incisors were randomly divided into 3 groups. The edge of the lip of teeth were prepared into 1 mm,2 mm, 4 mm width respectively that the preparation of 0.5 mm depth,and the edge were shallow concave edge. After preparation,all the samples were make with IPS E. Max Press cast porcelain veneer. Universal testing machine was used to testing the flexural strength value and stereomicroscope was used to observe the failure modes. Results:Mean value of flexural strength of minimally invasive porcelain veneer complex are showed as follows,4 mm group(368.25 ± 33.9)N revealed a significantly higher flexural strength value than 2 mm group(315.21 ±19.3)N and 1 mm group(227.31 ±31.4)N (P<0.05). The value of Flexural strength of 2 mm group was higher than 1 mm group, but there was no statistically significant difference between these two groups ( P >0.05 ) . The main failure modes were the modes of adhesive failure ( 38.10％) and mixed failure (38.10％). Conclusion:Flexural strength of for minimally invasive porcelain veneer complex of maxillary central incisor,the greater width of the prepatration could been with the bigger flexural strength.关键词
