Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of porcelain veneer in the restoration of anterior teeth area. Methods:Fifty-six cases of anterior teeth aesthetics with defect were chose,that Eysenck personality questionnaire-N scale survey were carried out before the porcelain veneer restorations. After 1,6 and 12 months follow-up,according to improved standards of Ryge and the visual analogue scale( VAS) the restorations were evaluated. Results:Eysenck personality question-naire-N scale in typical emotional,emotional tendency and the intermediate mood type were 16,10 and 62 respectively. The doctor' s evaluation of porcelain veneers includes restoration integrity,color satisfaction,edge suitability,postoperative sensitivity,and gingival reaction. About that the number of porcelain veneersafter operation to achieve A grade were 85,87,86,84 and 86 in 1 month follow-up,81,83,82,83,84 in 6 months follow-up and 76,78,77,81,80 in 12 months follow-up,respectively. One months after restoration,with the overall profile,color satisfaction,satisfaction and masticatory function were 9.31 ± 0.26,9.51 ± 0.25 and 9.2 ± 0.39,respectively. Conclusion:Porcelain veneer has good clinical effect,and the personality questionnaire before operation can improve the patients' satisfaction.关键词
