血清hs-CRP在牙周炎与血液透析患者中的研究分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the periodontal status of chronic periodontitis( CP) with maintenance hemodialy-sis(MHD)patients and the levels of Hs-CRP in serum,and to detect the correlation between periodontitis and maintaining new hemodialysis. Methods:Twenty-two healthy control group ( HC group ) , 24 cases of chronic periodontitis group ( CP group) ,25 cases of chronic hematological group( MHD group) ,chronic periodontitis and chronic Nephropathy was performed in 28 patients with maintenance hemodialysis(CP+MHD). The general situation,the periodontal status of the examination and the levels of Hs-CRP in serum were recorded. The calculus index ( CI ) , gingival bleeding index ( BI ) , probing depth ( PD) ,loss of attachment( AL) and serum hs-CRP levels were analyzed. Results:The levels of PD,AL,BI and CI in CP+MHD group were higher than those in MHD and HC group(P<0.05),and there was statistically significant difference in PD between CP+ MHD and CP group(P<0.05). The levels of serum hs-CRP in CP+MHD group were higher than those in the other three groups,which were significantly higher than those in MHD and HC group(P<0.05),and the levels of serum hs-CRP in CP group were higher. The correlation coefficient(r)was 0.282,0.554,0.332 and 0.466,respectively(P <0.05). The level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with PD,AL,BI and CI(P<0.05). Conclusion:Hemodialysis can cause clinical periodontal index increased in periodontitis patients,especially the depth of diagnosis. Chronic periodontitis can increase the levels of serum hs-CRP in hemodialysis patients.关键词
