Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical characteristics, key points of diagnosis and treatment, misdiagnosed cau-ses and preventive measures of autoimmunity pancreatitis ( AIP) . Methods Clinical data of 1 patient with AIP, who was misdi-agnosed as having pancreatic malignant tumor, was retrospectively analyzed. Results The patient was admitted for right upper quadrant pain complicated with jaundice for 20 d. After admission, relevant examinations had been performed, and pancreatic malignant tumor combined with obstructive jaundice was suspected, and then surgery was performed. Chronic pancreatitis was considered by postoperatively pathological result, and AIP was taken into account. The consultation outside the hospital and re-lated examinations such as IgG4 were performed, and the AIP was confirmed. The patient was discharged on the 23rd d after op-eration with good recovery. During follow-up for 2 years, the general condition of the patient was good without recurrence. Con-clusion AIP is rare in clinical, and its manifestation is similar to that of pancreatic malignant tumor, and it is easily be misdi-agnosed. Clinicians should improve awareness, give related examinations completely and careful differential diagnosis in order to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.关键词
