丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷剂联合电针治疗常年性变应性鼻炎效果观察
Efficacy of Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray Combined with Electroacupuncture in Treatment of Patients with Pe-rennial Allergic Rhinitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect of Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray combined with electroacu-puncture in treatment of patients with perennial allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 620 patients with perennial allergic rhi-nitis, who had met the inclusion and exclusion standard during January 2014 and May 2015, were randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group ( n=310 for each group) . Observation group was treated with Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray combined with electroacupuncture, while control group was treated with Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray alone. Changes of immune indexes [ T lymphocyte subsets ( CD3+, CD4+, CD8+) ] , nasal resistance ( NAR) , nasal mucociliary clearance function ( saccharin clearance time) and eosinophil ( EOS) count in nasal secretions before and 1 year after treat-ment, and curative effects 1 year after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Before treat-ment, there were no significant differences in levels of T lymphocyte subsets ( CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +) , NAR, saccharinclearance time and EOS count in nasal secretions between the two groups (P>0. 05). One year after treatment, levels of T lymphocyte subset CD8+, NAR, saccharin clearance time and EOS in nasal secretions were significantly lower than those be-fore treatment in two groups, and the levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group ( P<0. 05);levels of T lymphocyte subset CD3+ and CD4+ were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups, and the levels in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0. 05). The total effective rate in observation group (91. 89%) was significantly higher than 74. 67% in control group 1 year after treatment. Conclusion Flu-ticasone Propionate Nasal Spray combined with electroacupuncture in treatment of patients with perennial allergic rhinitis can achieve better effect than that by Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray alone, and it is good for improving patient's condition.关键词
