摘要
Abstract
The article describes a design method of the conical cam and establishes its 3D model in Creo 2.0.By inputting the curve equation in four sections,viz.,0°~ 120°,120°~ 150°,150°~ 300° and 300°~ 360°,the corresponding displacement curves are generated.After generation of the cam groove,the toroidal bending and tensile excision are conducted and the final conical cam is created.By modeling the plastics conical cam with the cylindrical parametric equation and the toroidal bending method in Creo 2.0,the design cycle is simplified and efficiency of mould design is highly improved.关键词
