摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The optimal conditions for the semi-bionic extraction ( SBE) of flavonoids from Rosa roxburghii Tratt. were identified. [Method]Response surface methodology ( RSM) was carried out to investigate the effects of etha-nol concentration, extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio, and extraction time on the yield of flavonoids from Rosa roxburghii Tratt. [Result]The results showed that the optimal conditions for SBE were 80% ethanol, solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:13.2 ( mass volume ratio) , and extraction at 90℃ for 80-40-40 min;the extraction yield of flavonoids under these conditions was 27.70 mg/g. The antioxidant activity was significantly higher than that in the case of Tween auxiliary ex-traction and ultrasonic-assisted extraction. Component I and Component Ⅱ were separated by semi-preparing liquid chro-matography, and their retention times agreed with those of quercetin and kaempferol.[Conclusion]SBE is superior to the traditional ethanol extraction, and in combination with RSM, offers better yields of purified quercetin and kaempferol.
