盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合即释吗啡片对中重度晚期癌痛患者疼痛程度、便秘症状及生活质量的影响
Influence of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Extended Release Tablets Combined With Morphine Immediate Release Tab-lets on Pain Degree,Constipation and Living Quality of Patients with Moderate and Severe Terminal Cancer Pain

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of Oxycodone Hydrochloride extended release tablets combined with Morphine immediate release tablets on pain degree,constipation and living quality of patients with moderate and severe terminal cancer pain.Methods 86 cases of patients with moderate and severe terminal cancer pain were selected and randomly divided in-to control group and observation group.Patients in control group were treated by sole Oxycodone Hydrochloride extended release tablets and patients in observation group were treated by Morphine immediate release tablets in addition to the basis of control group,both 10 days of treatment course.Changes in pain degree,constipation and living quality of patients before and after treat-ment were recorded.Results Compared with conditions before treatment,VAS scores of both groups reduced significantly after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Post-treatment VAS scores of observation group was lower than con-trol group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).As for constipation symptom scoring,total scores of defecation diffi-culties,stool shape,defecation time,pendant feeling,unthorough feeling,bulge feeling,defecation frequency,abdominal distension and constipation in the two group showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The physiological condition,functional status,social function,psychologic status and mental status scores of both groups all increased after treatment compared with those before treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Furthermore,each scores of observation group were all higher than corresponding scores of control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of Oxycodone Hydrochloride extended release tablets combined with Morphine immediate release tablets aimed at patients with moder-ate and severe cancer pain,can effectively relieve pain,improve constipation symptoms and promote living quality.关键词
