Abstract
Objective To investigate the toxic injury and mechanism of AFB1 on human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC).Methods After AFB1 and HUVEC cells were incubated at different concentrations,the survival rate of cells was de-tected by CCK-8,the release rate of LDH was determined,and the mechanism of cell death was detected by AnnexinV/PI double staining and DAPI staining. Results AFB1 had significant toxic effects on HUVEC cells. With the increase of time and dose of AFB1,cell viability decreased and LDH release rate increased.Phosphatidylserine turnover in the cell membrane was detected by An-nexin V/PI double staining.Nuclear fragmentation was detected by DAPI staining.Conclusion AFB1 has significant cytotoxicity in HUVEC cells,which may be through the mechanism of apoptosis induced cell death.关键词
