Abstract
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of low glycemic stress diet combined with exercise on metabolic syndrome.Methods 84 patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 42 cases.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,and the observation group was treated with hypoglycemic diet and combined exercise for 6 months on the basis of routine drug treatment.Serum SHBG levels were measured by chemiluminescence method before and after 6 months.At the same time the body mass index and waist circumference of patients in the two groups before and after 6 months were assessed.And the fasting blood glucose (FBG),triglyceride (TG) index,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)and total cholesterol(TC) levels were compared between the two groups.Results The body mass index and average waist in the observation group before the intervention were(33.5 ± 3.8) kg/m2 and(105.4 ± 4.1) cm,whilethe body mass index and average waist in the control group before the intervention were (34.8 ± 4.3) kg/m 2 and (106.1±3.8) cm;After 6 months,the body mass index and average waist in the observation group were(27.6 ±2.4) kg/m2 and(95.2 ±4.3)cm,while the body mass index and average waist in the control group were (31.2 ± 4.6)kg/m2 and (102.8 ± 3.2)cm;The difference of data between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).The serum SHBG levels of the observation group and the control group before the intervention were respectively(11.5 ± 6.7)nmol/L and(10.5 ± 7.2)nmol/L;After 6 months,the serum SHBG levelsof the observation group was changedas (25.34 ± 17.58)nmol/L,while the serum SHBG levels of the control group was changed as(14.9 ± 13.7)nmol/L;The difference of serum SHBG levels between the two groups before and after intervention was statistically significant(P <0.05).The fasting blood glucose and triglyceride index before intervention in the observation group were (6.26 ± 0.58) mmol/L、(2.55 ± 0.76) mmol/L,the fasting blood glucose and triglyceride index before intervention in the control group were(6.12 ±0.72) mmol/L、(2.58 ±0.83) mmol/L;The fasting blood glucose and triglyceride index after intervention in the observation group were (4.36 ± 0.57) mmol/L、(1.54 ± 0.24) mmol/L,while the fasting blood glucose and triglyceride index after intervention in the control group were (5.42 ± 0.48) mmoL/L、(2.08 ± 0.62) mmol/L;The difference of data between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).In the observation groupbefore the intervention,4 cases (9.52%) reached the standard of HDL-C,and 5 cases (1 1.90%) reached the standard of TC;In the control groupbefore the intervention,5 cases (11.90%)reached the standard of HDL-C before the intervention,and 6 (14.29%)reached the standard of TC;In the observation group after the intervention,23 cases(54.76%)reached the standard of HDL-C,20 cases (47.62%)reached the standard of TC,whilein the control group after the intervention,9 cases(21.43%)reached the standard of HDL-C,11 cases(26.19%)reached the standard of TC;The difference of data between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Low blood pressure diet combined exercise can significantly improve the physical quality of patients with metabolic syndrome,improve the level of SHBG,and effectively promote the metabolic status of patients with metabolic syndrome.关键词
