成都地区社区康复基本情况调查及探讨
Investigation and Discussion of Current Status of Community-based Rehabilitation in Chengdu
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understood and discussion present situation of Chengdu area Community-bosed rehabilitation.Methods Through the questionnaire 150 medical personnel engaged in rehabilitation work in 50 hospitals or communities in Chengdu were surveyed about the community rehabilitation basic situation.Results Hospitals and communities at present stage existed:many problems like less personnel engaged in rehabilitation,less highly educated talents,less investment of equipment and low income.Only 60％ of organizations used modern rehabilitation technology at present stage and it remained to be comprehensively promoted coverage;46％ rehabilitation facilities had carried out the work of rehabilitation education and door-to-door service and it also needed comprehensive perfection.95.2％ respondents showed interests in community rehabilitation cooperation plan which we proposed and 99.1％ respondents were willing to participate in modern rehabilitation related technical training.Conclusion This questionnaire survey showsthat the community rehabilitation has great progress in our city at present.But there are still existed many problems such as lack of rehabilitation workforce,unreasonable structure,low modern rehabilitation technology popularity rate and insufficient investment of equipment,it is necessary to further promote the modern community rehabilitation cooperation.关键词
