Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of salvaged autotransfusion in application of obstetrics by using this technique during cesarean section in patients with central placenta previa.Methods Patients with central placenta previa undergoing elective cesarean sectionfrom August to November 2016 in our hospital were selected.The blood routine,coagulation routine,blood recovery and autotransfusionvolume,volume of transfusion of allogeneic blood and perioperative complications were observed and compared before and after the operation and 24 hoursafter the surgery.Results 48 patients with central placenta previa were included in this study,of which 40 (83.3％)cases of the patients with central placenta previa underwent intraoperative autotransfusion.The average volume of autologous blood recovery was(1047.0 ±472.2) mL,and the volume of autologous blood transfusion was (681.9 ± 263.4)mL.95 ％ of patients did not require infusion of allogeneic red cell suspensions.All patients were successfully performed without evidence of perioperative amniotic fluid embolism,hypotension,fever,hemolysis,and other adverse events.Conclusion Salvaged autotransfusion during cesarean section is safe and effective for patients with placenta previa in obstetrical department.关键词
