摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing intervention in the adjuvant treatment of bronchiolitis in children,so as to provide theoretical basis for the adjuvant treatment of bronchiolitis in children. Methods 150 cases of children with bronchiolitis treated in our hospital during October 2014 to October 2016 were included, observed and studied with method of retrospective analysis. The patients were all received routine drug therapy, the 75 cases without nursing intervention as control group and the 75 cases with nursing intervention as observation group. The clinical efficacy and the satisfaction of the parents of the two groups were compared and so were the time of wheezes, shortness of breath and cough as well as hospital stays. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than the control group (78.67 %),the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05).The parental satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.67%,significantly higher than the control group(82.67%),the difference being statistically significant (P < 0.05).The time of wheezes, shortness of breath and cough as well as hospital stays in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference being statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in treatment of bronchiolitis in children has adjuvant therapeutic effects, significantly improving clinical efficacy, with rapid disappearance of various symptoms and more satisfaction degree of parents on the work of hospital, which can be an effective adjuvant therapy to enhance clinical efficacy.关键词
