射频热疗联合胸腔灌注药物治疗乳腺癌致恶性胸腔积液的临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of hyperthermia combined with intrapleural infusion in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion caused by breast cancer.Methods:Sixty-two breast cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into hyperthermia group and control group.Thirty-two patients in the hyperthermia group received radiofrequency hyperthermia in combination with intrapleural infusion of cinobufacini and cisplatin.Thirty patients in the control group were only treated with cinobufagin and cisplatin by intrapleural infusion.One month after the therapy,the effective rate and the KPS score of two groups were analyzed by statistical comparative study.Results:The total short-term effective rate of the hyperthennia group was 87.5 ％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.7％).The KPS score increasing rate was 93.8％ in the hyperthermia group and 70.0％ in the control group with significant difference between these two groups (P ＜ 0.05).No significant difference was observed in the incidence of adverse reaction between these two groups.Conclusion:Hyperthermia combined with intrapleural infusion with cinobufacini and cisplatin can increase the treatment efficacy of breast cancer with malignant pleural effusion and improve the patient's quality of life significantly.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
