彩色图文健康教育对老年人结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of nursing education by colorful leaflet and text leaflet for colonoscopy preparation in elderly patients.Methods:A total of 146 patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomized into observation group (oral explanation with colorful education leaflet) and control group (oral explanation with text education leaflet).Patients in both groups received single-dose polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for bowel preparation and 5g dimethicone powder for defoaming.The diet and drug compliance,bowel preparation quality,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:The diet and drug compliance in the observation group (diet:80.82％ and medication:76.71％) was significantly higher than in control group (diet:42.67％,medication:41.33％,P ＜0.05).Bowel preparation quality in the observation group was significantly higher than in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group (34.25％) and the control group (29.33％) was similar (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Nursing education by colorful leaflet can improve compliance of the elderly patients for colonoscopy preparation and achieve higher bowel preparation quality.关键词
