张锡纯下法用药经验探析
Analysis on ZHANG Xichun's Medication Experience In Purgation
摘要
Abstract
ZHANG Xichun applied purgative method with distinctive characteristics and differentiated syn-dromes based on patients' overall conditions. For example,using Haematitum(Zheshi) rather than Rhei radix et rhizoma(Dahuang) or Na trii sulfas(Mangxiao) for the patients with deficient spleen and stomach,using Gypsum fibrosum ( Shigao ) with Codonopsis radix ( Dangshen ) than Chengqi decoction for patients with qi deficiency combined with heat pathogen,using 2 to 3 Qian of Kansui radix(Gansui) to cure critical intesti-nal disease other than Rhei radix et rhizoma(Dahuang) with good effects,using the method of ironing with scallion stalk on the stomach to attain purgation,not limited by oral administration.关键词
