摘要

Abstract

Objectives:To observe the effects of Ziyin Guben prescription on the expressions of Nogo-A in rats with acute spinal cord injury due to experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE). Methods:Total 72 female wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups by random digits table to establish the EAE model,observing the rats weight,food intake,neurobehavioral changes and the corresponding score,patholog-ical changes of the spinal tissue and the expression of Nogo-A in spinal tissue. Results:Neurobehavioral changes of rats:Compared with the model group,each Chinese medicine group can decrease the incidence, relieve the clinical symptoms and reduce the weight loss(P<0.01). There was statistical significance between the low dose group and the medium-high dose groups of Chinese medicine in the neural function score (P<0.01). The immunohistochemistry results showed:the expression of Nogo-A protein in the model group was positive while the expressions in the hormone group and the medium-high dose groups of Chinese medicine were reduced(P<0.01),there were statistical significance between the low,medium and high dose groups of Chinese medicine(P<0.01). Conclusion:Ziyin Guben prescription could inhibit the expression of Nogo-A in the acute stage to repair the nervous system.
