益气活血药物对脑梗死恢复期大鼠c-fos基因表达的影响
Effect of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Drugs on C-Fos Mrna of Rats with Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the expression of c-fos mRNA of rats with cerebral infarction in recovery period under supplementing qi and activating blood circulation drugs.Methods:Longa method was slightly modified in making the rat model of left middle cerebral artery occlusion.According to the random number table method,the rats were randomly divided into 7 groups,including a normal group,a model group,a sham operation group,a supplementing qi group,an activating blood circulation group,a supplementing qi and activating blood circulation group,and an ERK inhibitor group.Using RT-PCR technique,we observed the effect of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation drugs on c-fos mRNA of rats with cerebral infarction after 28 days' treatment in myocardial infarction cortex.Results:After 28 days' treatment,compared with normal group,c-fos mRNA expression in the model group was significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05);c-fos mRNA expression in the supplementing qi and activating blood circulation group and ERK inhibition group increased to a certain extent than that in the model group (P ＜ 0.05);the activating blood circulation group bad no significant statistical difference with the model group(P ＞ 0.05);c-fos mRNA expression in supplementing Qi group was lower than the other groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:In the recovery period of cerebral infarction,supplementing qi and activating blood circulation drugs can improve cerebral ischemia in a certain degree,which is better than simply supplementing qi and activating blood circulation,and its therapeutic mechanism may be related to improving the expression of c-fos mRNA.关键词
