Abstract
In order to overcome the defect of the conventional method for assessment on immigrant resettlement,the assessment on the immigrant resettlement for the Yellow River to Baiyangdian Lake Water Transfer Project is taken for the study herein.For the assessment,an assessment index system for the immigrant resettlement is established by selecting 12 common indexes from the 4 aspects,i.e.revenue and expenditure,production,residence and population quality in combination with the project characteristics and the previous experiences.During the investigation,the data of these indexes are emphatically collected,and then their weights are calculated and the sequence order of their important degrees is obtained with AHP method during the assessment.Finally,a comparative analysis is made on the fore-and-aft changes of these key indexes.From the aspect of the analysis result,the items of the important indexes reflected by the AHP method are coincided with both the characteristics of the project and the concerns from the immigrant,thus the analysis process is objective.The method can provide a reference for the assessment on immigrant resettlement.关键词
