Research progress on undergraduate nursing students' professional cognition and its influencing factors
摘要
Abstract
Undergraduate nursing students thought that care was a noble and health-related profession,and the employment situation was good,stable and secure work,but also that nurses social'status was low,care work was trivial,technical content,was low and with work hard and high stress.The factors that influenced the professional voqunieion of undergraduate nursing students included public attitudes and attitudes towards nursing specialties and the experience and experience of undergraduate nursing students.Nursing educators should start from a number of aspects to understand the professional awareness of undergraduate nursing students and take measures to help them establish a positive professional awareness,so as to stabilize the nursing team and promote the development of nursing career.关键词
