Study on influence of undergraduate nursing students' professional identification and learning engagement on core competency of nursing students

Abstract
Objective:To know about the core competencies,professional identification and learning engagement level of undergraduate nursing students,so as to probe into the influence of professional identification and learning engagement on the core ability of nursing students.Methods:A total of 600 undergraduate nursing students in a nursing college were surveyed by using questionnaire survey from October 2016.to November 2016.Results:Core competencies,professional identification and learning engagement levels of undergraduate nursing students were at a moderate level,and the average score of scales was respectively(3.67±0.58),(3.41±0.61) and(2.88±0.82).Professional identification and learning engagement had an impact on the core competence of nursing students.Conclusions:Undergraduate nursing students should focus on improving the guidance of professional identification,so as to help nurses improve their core competencies and enhance their competitiveness in the future employment.关键词
