中文版慢性HBV感染者生活质量量表的信效度及敏感度测评
Test of reliability,validity and sensitivity of Chinese version of Quality of Life Scale for patients with chronic HBV infection

Abstract
Objective:To examine the reliability,validity and sensitivity of(The Hepatitis B Quality of Life Instrument,Version 1.0,HBQOL)and evaluate its clinical value.Methods:A total of 127 patients with chronic HBV infection were evaluated by using Chinese version of HBQOL.Results:Scale Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.967,the α coefficient of all dimensions was 0.791～0.913,Guttman split half coefficient was 0.920,6 factors formed could explain 69.52％ of the total variation,each item had a high factor load in the corresponding dimension.In addition to the health vulnerability and vitality dimensions showed slight sensitivity,the rest of the dimension SES values were greater than 0.5.Conclusions:The HBQOL scale had good reliability and sensitivity,and could be used to measure the quality of life in Chinese patients with chronic HBV infection.关键词
