Survey of status quo of knowledge, attitude and practice of community population on thrombolytic therapy of ischemic stroke patients in Beijing

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the status quo of knowledge,attitude and practice of community population on thrombolytic therapy of ischemic stroke patients in Beijing,so that community residents knew the importance of early treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 296 community people in 10 communities in Beijing by self-made "community-based questionnaire on the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke thrombolytic therapy".Results:The total score of knowledge,attitude and practice of thrombolytic therapy for ischemic stroke was(72.19±9.02),at the middle level.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of ischemic stroke knowledge among community people with different marital status,occupation and monthly income(P＜0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the attitude and behavior scores of ischemic stroke among different age of people(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The level of knowledge,attitude and practice of Beijing community population on ischemic stroke thrombolytic treatment need to be strengthened.Community characteristics of community thrombolytic therapy should be focused on to increase ischemic strok:e health education and health promotion efforts.关键词
