病人对医生角色行为认知现状调查
Survey of cognition status quo of patients on doctor's role behavior

Abstract
Objective:To explore the cognition status quo and influencing factors of the patients on doctor's role behavior.Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to extract the inpatients in second and third grade hospitals.The respondents were surveyed on doctor's role behavior by using self-designed patients' general situation questionnaire and patients' cognition questionnaire.Results:The overall score of the cognitive evaluation on patient's cognition on doctors role behavior was higher,and the total score was(105.44±11.92),they had a certain degree of approval for doctors' professional accomplishment,competence and patient-centered diagnosis and treatment.Hospital rank,place of residence and with or without surgery experience in this hospitalization affected the patient's cognition on doctor's role behavior.Most of the respondents were positive about the doctor's role behavior.These patients had different cognition on doctor's role behavior who were in seond and third grade hospitals,or in Shanghai and other provinces and cities and had operation experience or not.Conclusions:Most of the respondents were positive about the doctor's role behavior and had a certain degree of approval for doctors' professional accomplishment,competence and patient centered diagnosis and treatment.We should give positive guidance to patients in Shanghai,or third grade hospitals or no surgical experience,so that patients can fully understand the hospital characteristics and the role of doctors and have a correct cognition on the role of doctors.关键词
