国际数字文件管理标准化发展及对我国的启示
Development of Standardization on Digital Records Management and Its Reference and Revelations to China
摘要
Abstract
Standardization on digital records management has been a frontier and hot topic in the international archival standardization field. In China, especial y for the implementation of 13th Five-Year Plan of Electronic Records Management, it's very meaningful to study and learn from that. The paper first defined concept of digital records. Based on that, there was dynamic and comparative static analysis of the international standards on digital records management from both time and space dimensions. At last, the paper summarized the characteristics and development tendency of the international standardization on digital records management, and concluded that China should realize digital records management's terminology standardization, management assessment standardization, and semantic knowledge organization standardization.关键词
