面向用户资源建设的高校图书馆微信公众号服务研究
The Research of WeChat Public Number Service in University Library Based on User Resource Construction

Abstract
The service of the library WeChat public number is user-oriented, and it is essential to strengthen the construction of user resources for the innovative library WeChat public number service. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the construction of WeChat public number service in the double first-class university library in China, and finds out that the interactive communication services construction of most of the university library WeChat public number is not perfect. At aching more importance to fundamental service, knowledge resource and pushing messages, but less to outreach service, user resource and interaction. Therefore, this paper puts forward a framework of user resource system, focusing on phased construction and adjusting service strategies based on user resources, in order to ful y optimize WeChat public number services.关键词
