摘要

Abstract

The effective prediction of the icing region development trend of the transmission line can improve the condition monitoring and fault checking capability of the transmission line. An image processing based estimation method for icing region development trend of transmission line is proposed. The remote sensing image acquisition technology is utilized to acquire the re-mote sensing information of the transmission line,then the acquired remote sensing image of the transmission line is denoised, and the icing region block processing is performed for the denoised remote sensing monitoring image of the transmission line. The image segmentation method is combined to carry out the icing region prediction and block estimation to realize the icing re-gion development trend estimation. The experimental results show that the method used to estimate the icing region development trend of the transmission line has high accuracy and perfect real-time monitoring performance.
