摘要

Abstract

Since the traditional high-voltage pulse power device has the defects of limited withstand voltage value and low efficiency,and is difficult to improve voltage level,an all-solid-state high-voltage pulse power supply based on phase-shifting control technology is put forward. The phase-shifting control ZVS PWM full-bridge conversion circuit is used in the charging power supply to reduce the switching loss. The high-voltage pulse circuit taking all-solid-state IGBT as its main switching device can improve the voltage level,and adjust the pulse width and frequency. The experimental results show that the all-solid-state high-voltage pulse power supply has maximum output pulse voltage of 10 kV,possesses the nanosecond steep rise,and its frequency and pulse width can be adjusted.
