4型蓝舌病病毒VP2单克隆抗体抗原表位的鉴定
Identification of the epitopes recognized by a monoclonal antibody against VP2 protein of bluetongue virus serotype 4
摘要
Abstract
For identification of conformational epitopes in VP2 of bluetongue virus (BTV),the monoclonal antibody (MAb) prepared in our previous study was used to identify the competitive inhibitory type-specific epitope of VP2 protein.Sequencing results were analyzed and compared to identify a common peptide sequence of 160NH161 after three-round panning.160NH161 was synthesized and found to have ability to react specifically with the supernatant and ascites of 4A-1G7 cells.And it also can specifically react with the reference serum of BTV serotype 4.This study lays a foundation for establishment of BTV serotype 4 detection method and functional analysis of VP2.关键词
