摘要

Abstract

Mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine is a chronic contagious respiratory disease and caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (Mhp).This disease causes huge economic losses to the pig industry.Based on the previous RNA sequencing results,we firstly selected out differentially expressed gene INFGR1 and identified the SNP of exons region in IFNGR1 gene by PCR amplification and sequencing of PCR products.And then the SNP was genotyped in Suhuai pig population from Huaiyin pig breeding farm in Huaian city.In addition,real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the infection level of Mhp in Suhuai pig population.Finally,the association analysis was performed between the SNP genotypes and Mhp infection level.Our results showed that a SNP (A12557G) in exon 5 was found.A allele frequency was 0.555 and the frequency of G allele was 0.445 in Suhuai pigs.The correlation analysis showed that the SNP genotype was highly significant with the infection level of Mhp in Suhuai pigs (P<0.01) and the Mhp infection level in the pigs with genotype GG was higher than that in genotype AA.It suggested that IFNGR1 could serve as a promising genetic marker of breeding for resistance to mycoplasmal pneumonia in Suhuai pigs.
