芩红乳房灌注剂的镇痛抗炎作用及急性毒性研究

Abstract
The analgesic effect of "Qinhong breast perfusion agent" was investigated by writhing method and hot plate method.The auricle swelling test of xylene in mice was used to study the anti-inflammatory effect of the medicine.The acute toxicity test was performed,and the maximum dose of the drug was measured.Analgesic test results showed that the numbers of writhing of high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group and Antondin group were 28.8±2.3,29.6±3.1,38.8±2.3 and 13.9±2.6,respectively,significantly lower than the saline group (P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).In the hot plate assay,there was a significant difference between the low-dose group and the high-dose group at 60 min and 90 min (P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference between thelow dose of the perfusion of the red kidney and the normal saline group at 120 min (P＞0.05),while there was a significant difference between the high dose and the middle dose groups (0.01＜P＜0.05).It indicated that the analgesic effect of the low-dose group had a shorter duration time than the high dose and the middle dose groups.The anti-inflammatory test showed that the three groups had certain swelling inhibition,and the swelling degrees of high dose group,middle dose group and aspirin group were (0.070±0.014) mm,(0.084±0.010) mm and (0.062±0.012) mm,significantly lower than the saline group (P＜0.01).However,the swelling degree of the low dose group was not significantly different from that of the saline group (P＞0.05),but the swelling inhibition rate was still 11.11％.The acute toxicity test failed to measure the LD5o of the drug.The maximum dose was 80 g/kg,and the maximal tolerance was 2000 times that of using on clinical cows.The results showed that the "Qinhong breast perfusion agent" has good analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects,and is safe enough to use.关键词
