摘要

Abstract

At present, it is known that the laser method and ultrasonic soft tissue welding equipment are expensive, the connection strength can not be guaranteed when anastomosing, and it can lead to obvious inflammatory response when welding flux is used. In the present study, a bipolar local high frequency welding system of living tissue was developed based on the skin effect to solve the problems mentioned above. The soft tissue was welded safely and reliably by using AVR single chip as control chip, presetting safe output of different welding mode, and compensating the output power according to the detection feedback value to optimize the high frequency control mathematical model and algorithm. Then, QA-ES II electrosurgical analyzer was invited to perform analysis and test, and a large number of animal experiments were conducted. The Results showed that the relative error of output power was less than 5% and the high frequency leakage current was less than 21 mA, which met all standard requirements. The system has advantages of using no suture material, no needle, leaving no residual gap, weak inflammatory response, simple operation, less blood loss and better recovery effect in the ordinary abdomen, lungs, liver and intestinal welding, vascular closure clinical operation. The welding system can lay a foundation for the localization of high frequency welding equipment and its clinical application.
