摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the performance of two kinds of electrocardiogram (ECG) QRS complex detection algorithms Wavedet and Pantom.Methods Accuracy of the position of QRS complexes of the 25 groups of ECG original data in the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database were compared by two open resource algorithms based on the ECG data of the PhysioNet website via using the ECG-Kit.Results The accuracy rate of"Wavedet" algorithm was higher and the speed was faster than"Pantom". Conclusion The"Wavedet" algorithm is more suitable for clinical application. It is feasible for the detection of ECG signal and has a wider application prospect.
