Comparative Study of Gasification Ranges and Radiofrequency Ablation Lesions in Different Tissuesin Vitro
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between gasification range and the range of ablation in different tissues, radiofrequency ablation was used on swine muscle and liver tissuesin vitro at different times with different powers. Methods Fresh swine muscle (outer ridge) and livers (each 54) were divided into 9 groups (6 ablation lesions in each group). The experiment was repeated three times, we measured respectively the longitudinal, transverse and thick diameters of the maximum cross section of the gasification range and the ablation range, and then the volume was calculated so as to compare the differences between the volume of ablation area and the range of gasification, after carrying out radiofrequency ablation on these experimental materials. Results Under the same time and power, the range of volume change of swine muscle ablation was obviously larger than that of the liver ablation. Gasification ranges were related with radiofrequency ablation lesions and the correlation coefficient in the muscle tissue wasr=0.624, P<0.000, while the correlation coefficient in the liver tissue wasr=0.422,P<0.000. After carrying out radiofrequency ablation on swine muscle and livers, the gasification range was greater than the lesion of ablation in the same tissue and the difference value between gasification range and ablation range in the muscle tissue was apparently smaller than that of the liver tissue. Conclusion Under the same conditions, the radiofrequency ablation volume in different tissues is different. The difference value of gasification range and ablation range is different.关键词
