Abstract
Objective To evaluate the transvaginal color doppler sonography (TVCDS) in the diagnosis and identification of female endometrial lesions.Methods A total of 2138 outpatients aged 19-61 years (mean: 41 years) complaint with vaginal bleeding, excessive leucorrhea or abdominal pain from January 2011 to November 2015 had been enrolled in this study. All patients enrolled underwent TVCDS. All cases with positive Results underwent endometrial biopsy. The Results of TVCDS and endometrial biopsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 141 positive cases of endometrial lesions were identified by TVCDS diagnosis, including 26 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 4 cases of misdiagnosis, 2 cases of missed diagnosis; 24 cases of endometrial hyperplasia, 3 cases of misdiagnosis, 1 cases of missed diagnosis; 53 cases of endometrial polyps, 8 cases of misdiagnosis, 2 cases of missed diagnosis; 20 cases of submucosal myoma of uterus, 3 cases of misdiagnosis, 1 cases of missed diagnosis. Of these cases, 123 were demonstrated by endometrial biopsy, and totally 18 cases were misdiagnosed, 6 cases were missed diagnosed. The total coincidence rate of endometrial lesions diagnosed by TVCDS was 87.23%.Conclusion TVCDS has high value in the diagnosis and identification of endometrial lesions.关键词
