Abstract
The management of scientific research funds is an important part of hospital management. The scientific research fund should be regulated and effectively managed, and the scientific research and management personnel should be kept in an effective and efficient way. Nowadays, most hospitals lack the means of informationization, so the work efficiency is low. Start from the present situation of scientific research information management of hospital, this paper analyzed the problems in the construction of hospital information management system of scientific research funds, and the necessity of scientific research information management, process, structure,etc. Meanwhile, our changing traditional way of scientific research funds management, the Results and experience of implementing the informationization process management of scientific research funds were introduced.关键词
