Abstract
Objective The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems existing in the procurement of medical supplies in domestic hospitals.Methods Based on the actual situation of our hospital, this study established an assessment system using balanced score card (BSC) and key performance indicators (KPI).Results The principle of BSC and KPI evaluation, evaluation method and expected effect were described in detail.Conclusion This study applied the assessment system of BSC and KPI to material purchasing management, and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation system, and put forward the improvement direction of purchasing management.关键词
