Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of rosuvastatin on cardiac function and TNF-α,IL-6,SOD and MDA in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Ninety-six cases of patients with chronic heart failure were selected,which were treated in hospital from March 2015 to March 2017,and they were divided into the study group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases).The patients of control group were treated with conventional treatment,and on the basis of the control group,the patients of study group were treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets (10 mg / time,1 time / d).The patients of two groups were all treated for 3 months.Compare the clinical efficacy,safety evaluation and changes of the levels of cardiac function,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,MMP-9,MPO,SOD,MDA of two groups.Results After the appropriate treatment,the patients of the study group got a total effective rate of 93.7％,which was significantly better than the 77.1％ of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);After the treatment for 3 months,the levels of LVEF,E/A of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the levels of LVEDD,LVESD,NYHA cardiac function grade of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (t =14.594,t =38.798,t =3.165,t =4.514,t =7.839;P =0.000,P =0.000,P =0.001,P =0.000,P =0.000);After the treatment for 3 months,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,MMP-9,MPO,MDA of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the levels of SOD of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (t =7.647,t =12.286,t =16.793,t =12.386,t =15.221,t =15.374,t =30.002,t =33.483;P =0.000,P =0.000,P =0.000,P =0.000,P =0.000,P =0.000,P =0.000,P =0.000);There were some slight adverse reactions occurred in the study group,which improved after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Rosuvastatin is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure,can effectively improve cardiac function,reduce inflammatory response,inhibit oxidative stress,and it is safe,which makes it worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
