摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the change of lung function in patients withtype 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM),and analyze its correlation with oxidative stress.Methods Eighty patients (T2DM group) with T2DM who were admitted in our hospital from 2014 Jan to 2016 Dec were retrospectively analyzed.According to blood sugar levels,whether merger complications,T2DM group was further divided into mild (n =32),moderate (n =27) and severe (n =21),with complications (n =42),without complications (n =38).The indicators of lung function and oxidative stress were detected,and the correlation between them was analyzed.Results Compared with control group,the levels of FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC in T2DM group were significantly reduced,MDA content was increased significantly,activity of GSH-PX and SOD were reduced (P < 0.05);With the increase of disease severity,lung function in T2DM group was decreased significantly,MDA content was increased significantly,activity of GSH-PX and SOD were reduced (P < 0.05).Compared with that without complications,the levels of FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC in T2DM group with complications were significantly reduced,MDA content was increased significantly,activity of GSH-PX and SOD were reduced (P < 0.05);FEV1,FEV1/FVC in T2DM patients was significantly associated with all the indicators of oxidative stress,FVC and GSH-PX was significandy positively correlated (P < 0.05).Conclusion T2DM lung impairment is an chronic complication of T2DM,and associated with disease severity,oxidative stress may be involved in process of lung impairment.关键词
