Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule on serum BNP and D-Dimer,cTnⅠ of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Eighty-four patients with chronic heart failure according to the random number table method were divided into control group and observation group.Observation group had 42 patients,in the conventional manner plus Qiliqiangxin capsule treatment;control group of 42 patients were treated in a conventional manner.Analyzing of two groups of patients before and after treatment,the levels of plasma BNP,D-Dimer,cTnⅠ,6 minute walk distance and cardiac ultrasound indicators and related clinical total efficiency.Results The efficiency of observation group (92.86％) was significantly higher than control group (66.67％),the different was statistically significant (x2 =11.648,P ＜ 0.05).Compared with that before treatment,the 6 min walk distance SV,LVEDD and LVEF were improved in both groups,and the observation group was superior to control group(t =4.461,2.387,3.706,4.482,P ＜ 0.01).Two groups of patients ' plasma BNP and D-Dimer,cTnⅠ levels were decreased compared to before treatment,but the observation group was better than the control group with statistically significant different (t =6.108,5.891,7.102,P ＜ 0.05);Conclusion It proved that the Qiliqiangxin capsule could effectively improve patients' heart function,enable the plasma BNP and D-Dimer,cTnⅠ levels significantly reduced,which helped to treat chronic heart failure,worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.关键词
